Critical disclaimer
Geroevidence is not medical advice.
The information provided by Geroevidence — including evidence summaries, hazard ratios, trial data, literature feeds, and all other content — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
§ 1
Not medical advice
All content on Geroevidence — including but not limited to evidence summaries, intervention profiles, hazard ratios, trial data, literature feeds, alert emails, and blog posts — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Geroevidence constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, prognosis, or recommendation for treatment. Geroevidence does not recommend specific interventions, dosing regimens, treatment protocols, or clinical courses of action for any individual patient or condition. You should not make clinical decisions, modify treatment plans, prescribe or recommend medications, or take any other medical action based solely on information obtained from Geroevidence. Always rely on your own professional clinical judgment and, where appropriate, consult additional primary sources, specialist colleagues, and current clinical guidelines.
§ 2
No physician-patient relationship
Use of Geroevidence does not create a physician-patient relationship, a healthcare provider-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship between Geroevidence, its operators, its editorial team, or any person associated with Geroevidence, and any user or patient. Geroevidence is a reference and synthesis tool for licensed clinicians and researchers. It is not a telemedicine service, a clinical decision support system with regulatory clearance, or a patient-facing health application.
§ 3
Evidence limitations
Evidence summaries on Geroevidence reflect published literature at the time of last review. The scientific evidence base for longevity medicine is rapidly evolving. Evidence that is current today may be superseded, contradicted, or qualified by new publications. Geroevidence makes reasonable efforts to keep profiles current but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at the time of access. Hazard ratios, confidence intervals, and other quantitative summaries are synthesized from published sources and are not independently verified by Geroevidence against primary data. Pre-print literature is clearly labeled as such. Pre-prints have not undergone peer review and may be retracted, revised, or contradicted by the peer-reviewed version. Geroevidence's four-tier evidence grading system is an internal editorial classification. It is not a regulatory determination, a clinical practice guideline, or an endorsement by any professional society, regulatory body, or institution.
§ 4
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geroevidence and its operators, employees, contractors, editorial team, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Geroevidence, including but not limited to: — Clinical decisions made based on information obtained from Geroevidence — Patient outcomes resulting from any clinical action or inaction — Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in evidence summaries or profiles — Delays in updating evidence following new publications — Any reliance on information that was accurate at time of publication but has since been superseded Geroevidence is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
§ 5
Intended users
Geroevidence is designed for use by licensed physicians, medical researchers, and other qualified healthcare professionals. It is not intended for use by patients, consumers, or members of the general public as a basis for self-diagnosis, self-treatment, or healthcare decision-making. If you are a patient seeking information about your own health or treatment options, please consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
§ 6
Subscription terms

Accounts may not be shared between users. Team plan seats must be assigned to named individuals. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
§ 7
Intellectual property
All content on Geroevidence — including evidence summaries, profiles, editorial commentary, design, and software — is the intellectual property of Geroevidence and its operators. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Geroevidence content without express written permission. Subscribers may save, print, and share individual evidence summaries for personal clinical reference and internal educational use within their practice or institution. Commercial redistribution is prohibited. Primary source citations and links to published research are provided for reference. Copyright in those works belongs to their respective publishers and authors.
§ 8
